Privacy Policy

The short version

Your files never leave your device. Every tool on this site — the label croppers, PDF cropper, PDF merger, PDF/image converter and calculators — runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. Your shipping labels, invoices, customer names, addresses and order numbers are never uploaded to our server, never stored, and never seen by us. When you close the tab, everything is gone.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store or transmit the contents of any file you open with our tools. We have no user accounts, no logins and no database of your documents. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address to use the tools.

What is collected automatically

Server logs. Our web host records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request — for every page served. This is normal web-server behaviour and is used for security and troubleshooting only.

Third-party libraries. The tools load two open-source JavaScript libraries (pdf.js and pdf-lib) from the Cloudflare CDN at cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Your browser contacts Cloudflare to fetch those files, so Cloudflare can see your IP address as part of that request. The files you process are not sent there — only the library code comes back to your browser.

Analytics. If we add website analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live, and the tool pages will continue to process your files locally regardless.

Advertising

We do not currently show ads on this site. If we introduce advertising in future — for example Google AdSense — we will update this policy first. At that point third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, you would be able to opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings, and the file-processing behaviour described above would not change.

Cookies

The tools themselves set no cookies and use no tracking storage. Your browser may cache the page and the JavaScript files so the site loads faster on your next visit — that is a normal browser cache, not a tracker.

Children

This site is a business tool for e-commerce sellers and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights and contact

Because we do not collect personal data through the tools, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete. If you have a question about this policy or believe we hold data about you, email contact@yapzone.in and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes — such as introducing analytics or advertising — will be described here before they take effect.
