Questions, bug reports and tool requests — we read every one
We usually reply within 1–2 working days. Hindi or English, both are fine.
Reporting a label that did not crop correctly
This is the most useful message you can send us. Marketplaces change their PDF layouts without warning, and we cannot fix a format we have not seen. When you email, please tell us:
- Which tool you used (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal or the custom cropper).
- What went wrong — label cut off, SKU missing or wrong, invoice included, wrong size.
- A sample PDF if you are comfortable sharing one. Please black out the customer's name and address first — we only need to see the layout and the SKU section, never your customer's details.
Requesting a new tool
Selling on a marketplace we do not support yet, or doing something repetitive that a tool could handle? Tell us what the task is and roughly how often you do it. Most tools on this site started as one seller's complaint.
About your files
Just to be clear: nothing you process on this site is sent to us. If you email us a sample PDF, that is the only way we ever see your file — and it is entirely your choice. See our privacy policy for details.
