How to crop Amazon labels in 4 steps

  1. Download your Amazon label PDF. In Seller Central open Manage Orders and print the shipping labels for your orders — the PDF contains a label page and an invoice page per order.
  2. Upload it here. Drag and drop the PDF, or click to choose. Multiple PDFs at once are fine.
  3. Choose SKU and sorting. Pick 'SKU Id' or 'SKU + description', and tick Sort by SKU to group identical products together.
  4. Click Crop Labels. Each label is trimmed to its content, the SKU and quantity are stamped on top, and a print-ready PDF downloads automatically.

Why the SKU on the label matters

An Amazon shipping label tells you where a parcel goes, but not what to put in it. That means opening the invoice for every order, or guessing from the barcode. This tool reads the SKU, quantity and product name straight from the tax invoice page Amazon puts next to each label, prints them in a strip above the label where nothing overlaps the barcode, and — if you want — sorts every label by SKU so all orders of the same product sit together. Pick one product off the shelf, pack every order for it, move on.

Multi-piece orders are highlighted with a black QTY box, which is where most mis-shipments come from.

Once cropped, you can merge the labels into one file for a single print job, or handle a non-standard layout with the custom PDF cropper. Selling elsewhere too? Use the Flipkart, Meesho and Snapdeal croppers.

Frequently asked questions

How do I print the SKU on my Amazon shipping labels?

Upload your Amazon label PDF and choose 'SKU Id' or 'SKU + description' under Print SKU. The tool reads the SKU from the tax invoice page that Amazon includes with each label, then prints it in a header strip above the cropped label so it never covers the barcode.

Can labels be sorted by SKU?

Yes. Tick 'Sort labels by SKU' and all orders of the same product are grouped together, so you can pick one product and pack every order for it in one go instead of walking back and forth.

Where does the SKU come from?

Amazon Easy Ship PDFs alternate between a shipping label page and a tax invoice page for each order. The SKU, quantity and product description sit in the invoice's item table, so the tool reads that text and attaches it to the matching label.

Does it show quantity for multi-piece orders?

Yes. When an order has more than one unit, the quantity is printed next to the SKU and highlighted in a black QTY box so you never ship a single piece by mistake.

How do I remove the invoice and keep only labels?

That is the default — only labels are cropped. Tick 'Also save invoices' if you want the invoice pages saved as a separate A4 PDF.

Are my Amazon labels uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser, so customer names, addresses and order data never leave your device.

Which label sizes are supported?

4x6, 4x4 and 3x5 for thermal printers, A4 for normal printers, and Auto to keep the label's exact detected size.
